The home is all one level with good bedroom separation. The spacious master bedroom is located on the right side of the house and features vaulted ceilings, a king size bed and a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms are on the left side of the house, one with a queen size bed and the other with bunk beds and a day bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom. If additional bedding is needed, there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The house offers four televisions, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. In addition, the twin bedroom has a kid game system with numerous games to choose. There is seating for eight around the dining table as well as a kitchen bar with four stools.
The new pool area & patio includes a dining table and chairs along with chaise lounges to soak up the sun.
